Feeling the Love!
Just listened to episode 169 of The G-Spod podcast (iTunes URL) while riding the bus home from work, and it is one fun show! Tristan Mayfield was awesome and G and Carman are as wacky as usual. I totally agree with them- Cedar Point is awesome when it comes to amusement parks! But I really owe them big time for the amount of promo they gave me! They mentioned thomascwaters.com more times than… well, let’s just say it was a lot! Looks like the episode with me is coming up next week. If you don’t listen to their show, you are really missing something. The music is excellent, the conversation lively, and they are two super real guys. given the amount of over-hyped shallow plastic entertainment, don’t you deserve the G-Spod?
Had another mention today, I’m really grateful for, on Asterisk, a cool blog by Matt Algren. For me, Matt’s blog is what  it’s really all about. Real, everyday people taking the time to add their voice and courage to make a difference. Yes, there are a number of big queer blogs out there and they are good sources for what is going on. but it is the folks like Matt and me (and many others) who add a different perspective to the dialogue that is so very critical.
It helps so much to receive some feedback- that what you are doing makes a difference! so if you are reading blogs and listening to podcasts, make sure you are engaging yourself so that whomever it is knows that what they are doing matters to you! subscribe to their RSS feed! Register on the site! Post comments! and otherwise show your appreciation.
