I wrote about this last week, but wanted to post this video of an interview with the Burkes. Â This is a great story. I hope it inspires other athletes to come out and be supportive of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people. Is the world of sports less homophobic than we may assume it to be? I don’t know, but little by little I think it is clear that it is changing, for the better.
