So, the big thing about Tom Corbett is that he supposedly cracked down on all of this corruption in the PA State Legislature. In most cases, it was about a cross over of campaign and state work, on the tax payers dime. Aside from the fact that it seemed that he only went after Democrats, this seemed like a reasonable and even noble thing to do. Campaign stuff heralded him as the campion for ending corruption in Harrisburg.
But now, we see his office doing the same type of stuff that his crusade found. How is that? How is it that his office is not held to the same standards he wants to hold others (especially Democrats)?
Campaign materials for Republican Tom Corbett’s gubernatorial campaign were displayed at a booth set up by the attorney general’s government office at a recent county fair in Troy, pa2010.com has learned.
Meanwhile Sam Roher fans are seeking to mount a write-in campaign on the conservative side, and Dan Onorato keeps pulling out policy ideas for helping the state grow. So who is the best candidate to move the state ahead and benefit all Pennsylvanians?
This is from one of the comments on the blog:
The pattern of Corrupt Corbett – everything CasablancaPA – wrote about Corbett is correct – and that Corbett didn’t Indict Republican Jane Orie for the same misuses of legislative staff for campaigns – proves that Corbett is a dangerous Republican Hypocrite.
