Much like in the Spring, Equality Pa’s slate of endorsed candidates is pretty lean when it comes to Western PA:
Harrisburg: Equality Pennsylvania is pleased to announce its statewide candidate endorsements for the 2011 general election.

The mission of Equality Pennsylvania is to be the preeminent LGBT advocacy organization for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and work collaboratively to establish a comprehensive network of individuals and organizations united in securing equal rights for the LGBT community (www.equalitypa.org).
I wrote about this in the Spring, and those comments still apply. I don’t know if more Western PA candidates didn’t seek endorsement from this group, or if the group didn’t deem that many as worthy.
I believe this demonstrates at the very least, that while Equality PA is stretching out to be a state-wide organization, it is still falling short when it comes to the Western PA areas.
