A commenter to the blog, Eric, asks why the Pittsburgh’s mayor, Luke Ravenstahl’s failure to sign on to the Mayors for the Freedom to Marry campaign is such a non-issue. Good question Eric! It must be unimportant to the LGBTQ community of Pittsburgh- at least it would seem that way because of the lack of any coverage of this failure on his part. It appears that no other blogger or media source in Pittsburgh has even commented on it. I’ve been told that the mayor is considering the ramifications of his decision, although I don’t know what that means exactly.
