Opus One Productions and Mariposa Records Group present nationally-touring singer-songwriter Jeremiah Clark, returning to Pittsburgh for one night only at the city’s greatest listening room, Club Cafe. As part of his Born and Raised Tour, the performance will feature brand new material, as well as songs off his current, self-titled album. Percussionist Erin Dawes, known for her Wednesday Night Block Party on WYEP, will be backing him up, and another local favorite, Brad Yoder, will open this intimate evening that you will not want to miss. Advance purchase tickets are highly recommended.
I have a special interest in gay singer-songwriters. I think they offer a voice to many thoughts, ideas, fears, dreams and hopes that resonate with many of us who are less musically inclined. I first heard Jeremiah a number of years ago, and I’ve always been blown away by the passion that fills his songs and music. Jeremiah puts his whole self out there on the stage, and that leads to a wonderful experience for any audience member.
