The story of Rowan County clerk, Kim Davis, who refused to issue marriage licenses because of same-sex marriage is off the charts odd. I thought I’d put the craziness to work to raise money for homeless queer youth. It is estimated that 20-40 percent of homeless youth are gay, lesbian, bi, trans, or queer. Attitudes and actions like those Kim Davis exemplifies are the reason why.
