See any trend here similar to what we are seeing in National politics? The conservative/Christian approach is always to demonize and “other” the gay person, instead of focusing on jobs and thew economy which are the two subjects most important to the majority of voters at every level of government. Their goal is to win, at any cost.

Vlogtober 15

This policy change through the Department of Health and Human Services is huge, and does more to affect the real every day lives of gay and lesbian couples than most all of the big trendy issues where people complain about tge President. This is real change that impacts real lives.

Where are the bisexuals?

Where are the bisexuals?

To many gays, he might be seen as a closeted gay living a double life, but as I have begun to get to know him, I don’t think that is a fair assessment at all. If he identifies as Bi, why not accept that, rather than make value judgements? Self identification, is just that, self identification. It may be true that some people label themselves as Bi during a part of their journey towards self acceptance as gay or lesbian, and it is also true that there are others who simply understand their orientation as bi.

White House responds to N.C. marriage amendment

This president has done more for the LGBTQ community than any previous president, but that really isn’t enough. No president more than Barrack Obama should understand the underlying Civil Rights that are at stake in the battle over Marriage Equality. This is why we expect him to, in the words of Dan Savage, evolve already.

How radical right is PA?

If you didn’t come out and strongly support Democrats in the last election, ask yourself, if things are better for you today, or headed in the wrong direction. Then think carefully about what will happen if we elect a far right radical like Santorum to the presidency.
