The first newsletter has been published!

As planned, tonight I published the first weekly LGBTQ News Recap newsletter, and I am so excited it is done! Writing the newsletter is different than writing for the blog, and the newsletter will be a great addition to thomascwaters.com overall. HIV/AIDS is an issue that impacts everyone, and affects our communities and the City as a whole. By doing all of these “to do” items, each and everyone of us is truly doing our part to minimize the impact of this disease and create a better tomorrow for everyone. Late last year the Associated Press (AP) Style Guide, made the decision to ban the use of the word, homophobia as imprecise, yet when it comes to Antonin Scalia, the word is right on the mark as expressed here in this recent quote:
