HIV/AIDS is an issue that impacts everyone, and affects our communities and the City as a whole. Late last year the Associated Press (AP) Style Guide, made the decision to ban the use of the word, homophobia as imprecise, yet when it comes to Antonin Scalia, the word is right on the mark as expressed here in this recent quote:
