Onorato set out a plan for winning. There are more registered Democrats than Republicans in the state. If they turn out and vote, we win. Sounds simple, right? Simple but maybe not easy. The key now, is getting out the vote.

Republican Tom Corbett has a one point lead over Democrat Dan Onorato, while GOP Senate candidate Pat Toomey is 4 points ahead of Democrat Joe Sestak, according to a Critical Insights Research poll of likely voters conducted Sept. 14-16 for the Wilkes-Barre Times Leader.
Consider if Virginia offers any glimpse as to what will happen in PA. In VA, not only do LGBT’s have fewer rights, but the Republicans in power went after the state schools to stop them from offering domestic partnership benefits. Is it too far of a stretch to think that if Corbett is elected, and Republicans take control of the House, we will likely see actions across the state to squelch whatever progress we have been making towards equality?
It never ceases to amaze me how trampled the constitution is by some of the very folks who scream the loudest that the Democrats are destroying our country
At least Madonna and Young acknowledge that the two candidates have dramatically opposing ideas, platforms and philosophies. Too bad they spend their time talking about BS instead of the real issues facing the state.
