My fear is that Republican leadership in both the House and the Senate won’t allow any pro-LGBT legislation to be introduced or out of committee, leaving it DOA from the get go. Time will tell.

A Michigan assistant attorney general who started a blog against the University of Michigan’s openly gay student body president has been fired, the state attorney general’s office said Monday.
Or, she, (and others?) are advocating for a re-rendering of our founding documents, which would be thoroughly scary. The ability to amend the Constitution was built into the document on purpose for a real reason.

However, he has now demonstrated a part of his real agenda which could not be more anti-LGBT by filing a brief in the California Prop 8 case. To be clear, the Prop 8 case, by everyone’s estimation wouldn’t have any bearing on Pennsylvania directly.
This is for everyone who claims to care about progressive issues. Telling the Dems to go F*#k themselves will do nothing to move LGBT issues further. Here is what will move LGBT issues further.
