Dan Onorato who supports a fair tax that is aligned with what other states are charging. Dan Onorato is the right leader to work for the people of Pennsylvania, instead of Tom Corbett who is working for the big gas and oil companies.

We don’t need any lazy gays, too busy being cute to take the time and do a little work to assure that we can continue to move LGBT rights ahead in Pennsylvania. Joe, the Choice is yours. You can let Tom Corbett win, or you can get to work for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community and help elect Dan Onorato.
We are but a few weeks from an extremely important election where the conservatives have tried to paint a facade around the Tea Party crazies as if they are really all about fiscal conservatism, when I’m reality, they are all about traditional family values, and social issues control.
If we can get back to a simple majority ruling, we can actually see government begin to work again!
Onorato set out a plan for winning. There are more registered Democrats than Republicans in the state. If they turn out and vote, we win. Sounds simple, right? Simple but maybe not easy. The key now, is getting out the vote.
However, he has now demonstrated a part of his real agenda which could not be more anti-LGBT by filing a brief in the California Prop 8 case. To be clear, the Prop 8 case, by everyone’s estimation wouldn’t have any bearing on Pennsylvania directly.
Come out and hear Joe Hoeffel, one of Pennsylvania’s more progressive politicians talk about why electing Dan is so critical!
LGBT Reception with Dan Onorato and Joe Hoeffel, October 3, 2010. Come out to hear why this election is so important for gay and lesbian issues in Pennsylvania.
What we need is a governor with enough budget and planning experience to allow for drilling in safe and controlled ways, such that the companies must work in environmentally safe ways, and everyone benefits from the money that can be raised, instead of leaving all of that the to the big Gas and Oil companies. We need to elect Dan Onorato.
Toward that end, Joe will be joining Dan here in Pittsburgh for a rally/ meet and greet on Wednesday October 6th, from 5-6:30 PM. More details to follow. Joe has been out on the road with Dan a few times now, and the message is one we can all agree on- that for the state to prosper, individual rights and equality matter for all of Pennsylvanians, including Gay, Lesbian, Bixsesual, and Trans persons.
