Is Hoeffel Without Any Chance To Win?

Dan Onorato has the best chance to beat Tom Corbett in the Fall, and that is essential for any progressive issue important to Pennsylvanian. Jack Wagner is the least gay friendly of the four candidates and that makes him the worst choice of the democratic candidates.

What Should Western PA Make of Anthony Williams?

But what is Anthony Hardy Williams, and does he care about Western PA? I know he has been here, at least long enough to look around for jobs, but is he interested in being the Governor of Pennsylvania or the Governor of Philadelphia.

Smart Republicans

Onorato on the other hand is willing to use government and the governing process to devise and implement plans that will best meet the needs of our state. Real plans, real leadership, for real growth for Pennsylvania.

Ed Rendell has shown: a favorite son in the Governor’s Mansion translates into mucho extra bucks in grants and programing. Every reason I have heard for opposing[Read More…]

Gay-Bashing and a Safe Community

But what are the “take home” messages from what happened in Bloomfield (both the beating and the rally), and how do we see continuing benefits for our diverse community and the city as a whole? So here are my take home messages.
